LB Terms & Conditions

• Leaves to be minimized and compensation should be taken in the same month, Parents/Students should take care of their Comp-off booking.
• Attend Parent-Teachers Meeting (PTM) without fail based on schedule provided by LB.
• Institute Holidays are included in the calendar and will not affect the number of classes.
• Fee dues to be paid as per the schedule given even if leaves are taken.
• If course is not completed on-time due to more leaves than allowed, there will be an additional fee as per the number of classes taken during the extended period. Because we will not be able to add any other student since masters and slots are blocked especially for your ward.
• e-Certificate will be issued upon completion of the entire Course.
• A Master-in-charge will be taking classes to your ward.
• A Pool of trained Back-up Masters will be taking classes in case of absence of in-charge Master & for Comp-off classes.
• Slot changes (Date & Time) are not entertained.

Removal of Class access:

Non-payment of dues even after defined grace period class access will be removed by the system automatically without any prior information.

Force Majeure:

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Company shall not be liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, business slowdown, acts of war or terrorism, shortage of supply, breakdowns or malfunctions, interruptions or malfunction of computer facilities, or loss of data due to power failures or mechanical difficulties with information storage or retrieval systems, labour difficulties or civil unrest.

Payments:

All payments hereunder shall be made into the bank account specified while admission Lil-Brahmas accepts payment through a variety of payment options available. You can make your payment via Internet Banking, Debit card, Credit Card, Wallet, QR Support and other available options.

Communications:

We use our internal communication calling/messaging solutions. All communications are extended / received during office hours only. The outbound number is subject to changes based on availability. Customers can connect 9444700011 and 944470002 for all queries.

Escalations:

Feedback, Queries or comments about lil-Brahmas or any other services provided by the Company shall be directed to the Company at the email address: info@lilbrahmas.com.
